1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LAW360 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LAW360. Your continued use of the platform following any modifications to these terms signifies your acceptance of such changes.

2. Description of Service

LAW360 is an AI-powered legal translation platform designed specifically for the GCC region. Our service provides machine-assisted translation of legal documents including contracts, court filings, regulatory submissions, and legal briefs across multiple languages. The platform leverages advanced artificial intelligence and natural language processing technologies to deliver jurisdiction-specific translations with legal terminology accuracy. Additional features include terminology management, document management, translation memory, and collaborative review workflows.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of LAW360, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password associated with your account and for any activity or actions taken under your account. You must notify LAW360 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. LAW360 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LAW360 only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Upload, translate, or process any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the platform or its underlying algorithms.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or the data contained therein.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other user accounts, or any related systems or networks.

5. Intellectual Property

The LAW360 platform, including its design, features, functionality, AI models, translation engines, and all related intellectual property, is and shall remain the exclusive property of LAW360 and its licensors. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are owned by LAW360. You retain full ownership of the documents and content you upload to the platform. By using LAW360, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing translation services. We do not claim ownership over your source documents or their translated outputs.

6. Translation Accuracy

LAW360 utilizes advanced AI technology to provide high-quality legal translations. However, all translations are AI-assisted and should be reviewed by qualified legal professionals before use in official proceedings. LAW360 translations are not a substitute for certified human translation where required by law or regulation. While we strive for the highest accuracy in legal terminology and jurisdiction-specific language, we cannot guarantee that translations are free from errors. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of translations for their intended purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LAW360 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to LAW360 during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of LAW360 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such disputes.

9. Changes to Terms

LAW360 reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through email notification or an in-platform announcement. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically for any updates.
